Return Policy

**If you are a member of The Style Palette- Clothing Collections and Trading Group, on Facebook, you may sell or trade any Style Option with members of the group**

1 .  If you need to  return your Style Option,  please email 
with the following information: 
            *Full Name*        *Style Option Name (found on packing slip)* 
             *Size*              *Purchase date *        *Reason for return*  

2. We will provide you with a return authorization if your return meets the following   criteria: 
           A). Return authorization request MUST be made within 3 days of receipt.   
           B) Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.),                       pet 
hair or perfume smells. Items must be in re-sellable  condition.

           C). Original tags must be attached if provided.  

3.  Re-package your item in its original packaging if available, including the 
protective interior bag.   Please include the original packing slip (or a copy)  
with your return.

4.    You will receive the return shipping address included in the email with 
your return authorization.  Return shipping costs are paid for by the customer.    
Packages MUST be postmarked within 7 days of your receipt of the item. The Style  
Palette is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

5.   You will be issued a store credit for the FULL purchase price, which will be issued 
within 7 days from our receipt of your package (an email notification will be sent).
                  **Any items that are returned without authorization or items that
                     do not meet the return criteria upon arrival will not be accepted
                     and will be mailed back for a $5.00 return shipping fee**


***All FINAL SALE items will be clearly marked, and are excluded from this return 
policy and CANNOT be returned due to  deep discounting.  However, these 
items CAN be posted and sold/ traded on our Style Palette group page. 

***If a size exchange is needed for the same item, please email and we will help you with that situation 
if the new size is available in stock. 

*** We inspect each Style Option thoroughly.  However, in the rare event that
 you receive a damaged item, the previous return steps and timeline also applies. 
 In these instances,  a return shipping label will be provided, and a full refund will 
be issued within 7 days of receipt.   










1) If your Style Option does not work out for you, and you are a member of The Style Palette Facebook group page-- you may post your item for sale on there for another member to purchase.  You may use the original images provided  (these can be found in the original Style Option post in the Facebook group, or on the

3) You will receive the return shipping address in the email with your return authorization.

4) Upon receipt of your return, a return confirmation will be issued via email within 7 days.  Included in your email will be a code for STORE CREDIT for the original purchase price minus $5.00. This allows us to continue offering free shipping with NO purchase
minimums, while keeping our pricing as low as possible & accepting returns.  
Please use your store credit within 60 days of issuance.   

****Any items that are returned without authorization or items that do not meet the return criteria upon arrival will not be accepted and will be mailed back for a $5.00 return shipping fee.

5) To use your store credit, simply copy the code provided in your returns email
in the DISCOUNT CODE box when checking out on the

***Exchanges are NOT available for different sizes/ items within the same transaction. However, if a different size is needed and is still in stock, we recommend:

           --- Purchase the new size of your Style Option.

           --- Follow the above steps for returning the incorrect size to us.  

We are unable to hold items while waiting for an exchange (since many customers decide not to send the original back or make the exchange at all).  By checking out while your return is being shipped back to us and processed, this will allow you the best chance at getting the size/ item you need before it sells out.
